STEP 9 – SHELL SHOCKED

Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes, and its effects are expressed in many ways.

It’s an ongoing work-in-progress to aid in recovery. We prepare ourselves for our heroes having to work through lasting effects, but we don’t always realize the lasting effects that we (as the ones who remained at home in a heightened state of fear and anxiety) may face.

Consider finding a professional in your area that specializes in working with this type of trauma. In addition, you can use the Shell Shocked Blend Recipe (below) before, during, and after trauma to assist with boosting mood, reducing aggression, aiding in feeling more connected and supported, and reducing feelings of overwhelm.


SHELL SHOCKED ROLLER BOTTLE BLEND RECIPE

• 3 drops Restful Blend

• 3 drops Grounding Blend

• 4 drops Vetiver Essential Oil

• 3 drops Cheerful Blend

• 3 drops Cellular Complex Blend

Add Essential Oil drops to a 10 ml roller bottle. Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to the base of the neck and wrists morning and night, or as often as needed, to calm and assist in rebalancing the mind and promoting the ability to manage challenging situations linked to past experiences.
